Endocrinology is the study of hormones and treatment of conditions that are due to hormonal dysfunction.

Dr Carey is a consultant endocrinologist with a special interest in managment of Diabetes, obesity, metabolis and osteoporosis. He also manages thyroid, adrenal and pituitary disease, fertility  problems and Polycystic arvarina diase as well as menopause and  osteoporosis.

• Hair growth (hirsutism)  and acne and other manifestations of the polycystic ovarian syndrome,
• Management and assessment of thyroid nodules, hypothyroid and hyperthyroidism (thyrotoxicosis)
