Diabetick Care Team and Annual Assessment program

Our Diabetick Program and Diabetes Care Team provides a complete annual assesment and managment plan for good glucose control as well as a healthy heart, kidneys and eyes. The diabetick program is run at Spring Hill by Prof Carey and his team ( optometry, dietitican, diabetes educator, podiatrist, exercise physiologist, physiotherapist).
