| For your first visit you will need to make an appointment. The duration and frequency of visits will vary with your problem. For weight loss a minimum of 4 vistis are required. and as well as seeing Prof. Carey, you will need a diet assessment by a dietitican and a fitness assessmnet by the exercise physiologist. As Dr Carey is a Consulant Physician you will need a referal from another Doctor. If you do not have a current referal, you will not be able to claim a medicare rebate for your consultantion fee. . |
Referals are not required for our allied health and gym services. For you Diabetick Health profile, you willneed your Local Doctor to submit a team care arrangement form to Medicare, before you can claim a rebate for allied health services.Meet Our Team |
