Private Health and Medicare Rebates

 You may be able to claim a rebate for the services at the Health+Diabetes  Clinic; services such as dietetics, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, podiatry, stress-testing, and executive medicals.

Most private health funds cover the above health services.

Alternatively if you have a chronic health condition such as  type 2 diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome or heart disease, your local doctor can list us as your Care Team  after which some consults with the dieititian or exercise physiologist will be eligable for a refund from medicare. That is the extra benefit of seeing a registered health professional. You are eligible for 5 visits per year,  under this system and medicare will give you a rebate of 80-90%.
