Body Composition Test

We now know that not all fat is equal. A Body Composition Test (completed via a single slice CT scan) provides vital information about fat distribution to help with the customisation of a diet and exercise regime specifically for your body. Subcutaneous (under the skin) fat on the other hand is much less harmful to health but up to three times harder to lose. Knowing exactly how the body is composed is therefore an essential part of any health assessment or successful weight loss program. Learn more...

Hormone summary

A blood test to investigate any abnormal hormone levels, which may be negatively influencing the body’s metabolic condition and therefore preventing weight loss. Thyroid, insulin, growth hormones and fertility hormones will be analysed.
